How do I let you know about my accessibility requirements when booking tickets?

Our ticketing system is part of the Access Card scheme, which allows you to quickly and easily tell us about any accessibility requirements you have in advance of joining us at an event. You can link your Access Card to your online account before buying any tickets to make sure we receive your accessibility information. Our friendly team of volunteers will then be on hand to support you with any adjustments you need at each event, so we can make sure you have a great festival experience!
