Stoatfinger is comprised of Orcadian musicians James Groat and Dan Rhodes, joined by Antony Hodgson, a veteran of the Sussex folk and Americana scene.
They make frequent festival appearances, often swapping instruments and genres as they play, establishing a reputation for both tight performance and excellent songwriting. You can expect to hear mostly original songs, influenced by roots music from many sources.
As well as playing at events across Orkney, the Stoatfinger boys often lead lively bar room music sessions. They plan to have an album of their own material ready for release early in 2026.
