Thank you again to everyone who voted for us to wi Thank you again to everyone who voted for us to win Event of the Year at the weekend. We've almost recovered from the excitement and a brilliant night celebrating trad music!

As our festival producer, Craig Corse (pictured with our award), said on the night, this recognition isn't just for our volunteer board and committee.

We couldn't make the festival happen without our generous sponsors and supporters, the hundreds of volunteers who join us to deliver events, the Orkney community who welcome festival visitors and take part in the fun, and our brilliant audiences who have contributed to two record breaking years in 2022 and 2023.

A huge thank you to you all for making the festival what it is. We'll look forward to seeing you for another weekend of fantastic music between 23 and 26 May 2024.
Wow!!!! We’re over the moon to have won Event of Wow!!!! We’re over the moon to have won Event of the Year at the Trads. 🤩

Thank you to everyone who voted for us. It’s fair to say we’ll be having a peedie party here in Dundee tonight! 💃🏻🕺🏼

Good luck to everyone nominated, particularly the talented Orcadians doing Orkney proud across several categories. 👏

If you’d like to join our mums in trying to spot us on TV, with some fantastic performances thrown in for good measure, you can catch the Trads on BBC Alba from 9pm this evening.
